Who's the girl in the yellow dress?

I snagged this photo from FB, via Dannette Groth, via Brenda Campbell. I haven't figured out how to crop this picture, so there's a lot of dead space here. This is so small and it  was even smaller in FB.

Well, I believe the girl in yellow is Kathy!

Today, Feb.1 at 11:36, my first entry in this blog. Parsley Pepper wasn't my first choice for a Blog Name, but after several attempts with the name being already taken I went with my old Facebook gaming name. I kind of like it. Right now I'm thinking it reminds me of chicken broth with Cream of Wheat dumplings and lots of parsley and pepper. There are carrots in the pot as well. These days I might add snow peas and sesame oil and maybe a few mushrooms.

Seven years ago today I quit smoking. Never starting would have been better, but this is a good thing.

It's snowing, again. We're supposed to get about 6 inches, with rain somewhere in there. This winter has almost broken all previous records. Winter isn't over, yet.
